Our aerial classes have returned with Lyra (aerial hoop)! While we cannot safely use the aerial fabrics at this time, we are excited to be bringing back aerial classes with small class sizes and safety policies. 

Classes are currently schedule on Tuesday's at 7p and Wednesday's at 5p and 6p.

We will also have pop-up and special workshops being added to the schedule soon.

  • Class size limited to SIX

  • Each student has their own apparatus. No shared equipment. The class will be split into two groups of three, one group will be on the lyra and the other doing strength/stretch exercises. The groups will switch in the middle of class to each group gets a total of 30 minutes in the lyra and 30 minutes in strength/stretch. An extra 10-15 minutes has been built into class so the lyra can be disinfected between students

  • All students must bring their own yoga mat or towel for the workout. We will provide disinfected weight equipment for some of the workouts

  • Masks are required to be worn throughout the entire class per state mandate

  • All students will need to sign our Covid-19 safety waiver befor participating. You can download here - we will also have copies available at the studio

  • Instructors will not touch students in the apparatus unless they are in immediate danger. If an instructor has to touch a student for any spotting/safety related reason, they will wash their hands or use hand sanitizer immediately
