Body Positive FIT
Also known as "Bo-Po Fit", this class is part dance party, part strength training, part stretch!
Get your sweat on, strengthen your body, and have FUN in a body-positive environment.
Barre + Pilates
This class takes all the burn and shake of a Barre fitness class and pairs it with the core strengthening benefits of Pilates work. Class will be 1⁄2 Barre, 1⁄2 Pilates. Pilates is a well-known method of exercise that improves flexibility, strength, control and endurance throughout the entire body. The work outs focus on alignment, breath control, buidling core strength and balance using one's one body and simple equipment such as light hand weights.
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.
The moves involve slow, precise movements and breath control.
This class is mostly on the mat, and sometimes uses light equipment such as bands or handweights.
